Refund policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing within the 14-day period.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Products that are made to order or produced on demand, including custom wall prints, are not eligible for return, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Digital products are not eligible for withdrawal once delivery has begun.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
