All products sold by Kiyora Studio are produced on demand and fulfilled through our production partner Gelato.

Orders are printed after purchase and shipped directly to the customer.

Delivery times are estimated and include both production and shipping time. Estimates vary depending on the product type, production location, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for compensation or order cancellation.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
